The inbox a dispatcher actually wants.
A carrier's inbox is the operating system of the company. Rate confirmations, status updates, ETA requests, claim notices, comchecks, chargebacks — every dollar that comes in or goes out passes through it. Most carriers run that inbox the same way they did in 2008: chronologically, with the urgent stuff drowning in the noise. Keelway re-sorts it. Five priority tiers, a dedicated Money Risk lane, AI-drafted replies, and auto-extracted loads from every rate confirmation that lands.
P0 through P4 classification on every thread
Deductions, claims, chargebacks in one lane
AI-drafted replies in the carrier voice
Rate cons become draft loads
Why this module ships on every Keelway tier
A dispatcher running a 50-truck operation reads or skims roughly 400-800 emails per day. The triage cost is hidden headcount — half a dispatcher seat absorbed into nobody's job description. AI email triage is the highest-ROI module on the platform and the one we won't put behind a tier wall. Every Keelway customer gets the multi-account inbox, the P0–P4 classification, the Money Risk lane, and the load auto-extraction. Higher tiers add tenant isolation and SLA on the same engine; the engine doesn't differ.
Frequently asked questions
What does the AI classify on every email?+
Two things in parallel: priority tier (P0 critical through P4 noise) and category (load offer, load status, rate confirmation, driver issue, money-risk event, broker check-in, etc.). The chronological view and the priority view are both available — dispatchers default to priority, owners often default to chronological.
What is the Money Risk lane?+
A dedicated inbox lane for emails the AI thinks are financially risky for the carrier — deduction notices, cargo claims, chargebacks, TONU disputes, comcheck requests, layover bills, detention rejections. These are the emails that age into a problem when they sit. The lane keeps them in one place with the dollar exposure surfaced at the top.
Does Keelway draft replies?+
Yes. For routine categories (status updates, ETA requests, rate-con acknowledgments) the AI drafts a reply in the carrier's voice using prior thread context. Drafts never auto-send — a human reviews and either dispatches the draft or edits. Every draft is logged in the agent log with a feedback button so the AI improves on the carrier's actual reply style over time.
How does load auto-extraction work?+
When a rate confirmation lands in the inbox (or is forwarded to it), the AI extracts the load record — broker, MC, load number, rate, pickup and delivery cities and dates, equipment, notes — and creates the draft load in Keelway with the original PDF attached. The dispatcher reviews and books. No re-keying.
How many email accounts can you connect?+
Unlimited Gmail accounts per Keelway tenant. Carriers often run a per-dispatcher mailbox plus a shared dispatch@ mailbox plus an operations@ mailbox; all three feed the same triage engine. Multi-account is a first-class capability, not an add-on tier.
