  1. Security

    Tighter security headers across keelway.com

Every page now sends X-Content-Type-Options, X-Frame-Options, Referrer-Policy and Permissions-Policy alongside the existing strict-transport-security header. Housekeeping, but the kind a broker's IT reviewer asks about.

  2. Platform

One tenant per brokerage in Track & Trace

Track & Trace now runs each brokerage in its own tenant — its own mailbox connection, its own data, its own isolated AI workspace — with an admin console behind it. A single sign-in page routes you to the right Keelway app.

  3. Product

CarrierVet is live on the Chrome Web Store

CarrierVet, our free Chrome extension for vetting carriers inside Gmail, is published and installable. Highlight an MC or DOT number in an email and a side panel returns operating authority, insurance, safety scores and risk flags. No account, no card.

    /carriervet
  4. Product

Track & Trace drafts the reply, not just the summary

A carrier status email now lands, gets read and classified, and comes back as an editable draft on the original thread — reply-all, attachments and send included, without leaving the board.

  5. Product

Safety percentiles now weight violations by severity

CarrierVet ranks a carrier's BASIC scores only against carriers that actually have violations, the way FMCSA's own SMS methodology does, and weights each violation by severity. Every meter is color-tiered so a bad number reads as bad at a glance.

    /carriervet
  6. Product

Deeper carrier checks: live insurance and fraud cross-checks

Vetting now pulls FMCSA sub-resources and live licensing and insurance records, and cross-checks them for the patterns that show up in double-brokering and chameleon-carrier cases — shared phones, shared addresses, new authority behind an old fleet.

    /carriervet
  7. Product

Freight Check: vet the counterparty from inside the inbox

A second extension covering the other side of the desk: hover an MC or DOT number in Gmail and Freight Check reads the FMCSA record — authority, insurance and safety for a carrier, BMC-84 bond status for a broker — plus a separate one-click legitimacy screen, not a credit score, for a shipper's domain. It is not in the Chrome Web Store yet; the page takes your email and tells you the day it is.

  8. Product

LTL module, plus a free freight class calculator

Keelway now quotes LTL from an inbound email against your own tariffs, with density-based class rating and crossdock handling for door carriers and consolidators. The freight class calculator behind it is free and needs no account.

  1. Product

The agents, packaged by what they do and who they serve

Navigation was rebuilt around what the AI does — voice agent, email agent, and the hybrid that hands off between them — and who it works for: carrier, broker, dispatcher. The hybrid page explains running voice and email on the same load.

  2. Product

New identity, and demo films you can watch without a call

Keelway took on its current look — gold on ink. The watch page collects the self-serve product films so you can see the software work before you talk to anyone.

    /watch
  3. Content

Ten reference pages for brokers evaluating AI tools

Shipped an entity hub, a freight broker email statistics page, side-by-side comparisons of the AI tools in this market, and a glossary — so the questions buyers put to an AI assistant have sourced, first-party answers.

    /freight-broker-email-statistics
  4. Product

One flat monthly price, unlimited users

Per-load pricing is retired. Keelway is $799/mo flat — unlimited users, month-to-month, no setup fee — and the pricing page now says in plain English what is included and what is an add-on.

May 2026

  1. Product

A clickable broker management prototype, open to anyone

The broker management system shipped as a clickable prototype on its own subdomain — load board, carrier cards, dispatch — so a broker can walk the flow with dummy data instead of watching a slide.

    /bms
  2. Content

Free FMCSA lookup, bond calculator and red-flag scanner

Three free tools with no signup: a live FMCSA authority lookup, a freight broker bond calculator, and a scanner that flags the tells in a suspicious carrier email.

    /tools

Older work — the SEO and content libraries, the early TMS and platform pages — predates this log and isn't listed here.
