The forward-looking screen dispatchers plan from.
Most carrier TMSs lock you into a load-list view that's great at "what's happening now" and terrible at "what does next week look like." Keelway's dispatch calendar fills that gap — five view options, daily revenue rollup with pickup and delivery counts, and consolidation grouping inline.
All activity for a chosen date
Per-truck weekly schedule
Rolling forward-looking windows
Grouped events with expand-to-loads
Frequently asked questions
What calendar views are available?+
Five: Day (all activity for a chosen date), Trucks (per-truck schedule across the next week), 7-day, 14-day, and 30-day rolling windows. The default view is configurable per user.
What does the daily revenue rollup show?+
For each day in view: total pickup count, total delivery count, and the revenue total of loads with that day as either pickup or delivery date. Lets the dispatcher and the owner see workload and revenue density at a glance.
Can drivers see the calendar?+
Driver app integration is on the platform roadmap. Today, the calendar is a dispatcher and ops manager surface. Drivers receive their load assignments through the load record, not the calendar view.
Does the calendar show consolidations?+
Yes. A consolidation appears as a single grouped event with the underlying load count visible. Clicking expands to the constituent loads.
