Recurring lanes, one-click instantiation.
Dedicated and contract freight runs the same lane every week. The dispatcher should not be re-keying it. Keelway's lane templates save the lane, the broker, the equipment, the rate, and the cadence — one click instantiates a new load with pickup date defaulted to the next day-of-week occurrence.

Save
Capture the repeating lane once
Broker, MC, pickup, delivery, equipment, default rate, contracted accessorials, cadence. Save once. Reuse hundreds of times.
Instantiate
One-click new load from a template
Open the template, click instantiate. A populated draft load opens with pickup date defaulted to the next occurrence of the cadence. Dispatcher edits any field if needed, books, moves on.
Stats
Per-template lifetime performance
Lifetime load count, lifetime revenue, average rate over time, average days-to-deliver. The dispatcher sees at a glance which dedicated lanes are profitable and which need a rate conversation with the broker.
Organize
Filter by broker, by lane
Templates organize by broker and by lane. Carriers running 50+ dedicated lanes across 10 brokers can find the right template in seconds.
Frequently asked questions
What does a lane template include?+
Broker, MC, pickup and delivery addresses, equipment type, default rate, contracted accessorials, and the recurrence cadence (specific day of week, every weekday, custom). When instantiated, the template populates a new load with pickup date defaulted to the next occurrence of the chosen day.
Who uses lane templates?+
Mostly carriers with dedicated and contract lanes. Spot-only carriers rarely use them. Carriers with 5+ recurring contracts find the time savings significant — instantiating a load from a template takes seconds versus minutes of re-entry.
Can templates be edited after instantiation?+
Yes. The template populates a draft load; the dispatcher edits any field before booking. Changes to the draft do not retroactively update the template; template edits apply to future instantiations only.
How are templates organized?+
By broker and by lane. Filter on either. Each template carries lifetime load count and revenue stats so the dispatcher knows which dedicated lanes are pulling weight.
Re-keying the same dedicated lanes weekly?
