Your broker book, ranked by lifetime revenue.
A carrier's broker relationships are the asset that compounds. Knowing who pays well, who pays slow, who books consistently, and who hasn't given you a load in 90 days is the difference between a growing book and a shrinking one. Keelway's broker management module is the ranked directory — lifetime revenue, recent activity, outstanding AR, last delivery — that a carrier owner reads at the start of every week.

Frequently asked questions
How is the broker directory sorted?+
Default by lifetime revenue, descending. Secondary sorts: by recent activity, by outstanding AR, by load count, by alphabetical. Most carrier owners default to lifetime revenue — it answers 'who are my best brokers' first.
What stats appear per broker?+
Total lifetime loads, total lifetime revenue, current outstanding AR, last delivery date, MC number, primary contact, payment terms history, average days-to-pay. The full carrier-side relationship summary.
Can I track multiple contacts per broker?+
Yes. Brokers have a primary contact (dispatcher or AE relationship) and a billing contact (controller relationship). Both surface on the broker record. Email triage in the AI inbox uses contact mapping to route inbound correctly.
How does this relate to the broker side of Keelway?+
This module is the carrier-side view of brokers — the carrier's customers. Keelway also offers a broker-side product where the brokerage itself runs the platform; see /solutions/brokers for that. The two products share the same data model but the views and workflows differ.
