Revenue, profitability, margin — live, not nightly batch.
The carriers that grow are the carriers that know their numbers. Keelway's financial reporting module runs the standard set off live data — revenue KPIs by week/month/quarter, broker profitability, driver profitability, fuel and toll spend rollups — without a nightly batch job or a stale export. The numbers on the report match the numbers on the dashboard match the numbers in the audit log.

Frequently asked questions
What reports does Keelway ship by default?+
Revenue KPIs by week, month, and quarter (trend with prior-period comparison). Outbound vs inbound revenue split. Per-broker profitability (revenue, driver pay attributed, gross profit, margin %). Per-driver profitability (revenue generated, pay earned, gross margin to the company). AR aging by bucket. Fuel spend per truck. Toll spend per agency. Plus the operational KPIs that surface on the dashboard.
How does per-broker profitability work?+
For each broker, Keelway sums revenue across delivered loads in the period, subtracts the attributed driver pay (per the driver settlement rate), subtracts attributed fuel and tolls, surfaces gross profit and margin %. The broker whose lifetime revenue ranks #1 may not be the broker whose margin is highest — the report shows both.
Auto-updates as loads move?+
Yes. Reports run off live load and settlement data. A load that gets re-classified, a settlement that gets adjusted, a remittance that closes an invoice — the report numbers update in real time. No nightly batch, no stale CSV.
Can I export to a data warehouse?+
CSV export on every tier. Direct push to S3, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift available on enterprise tenants with named data engineering scope in the contract. The audit log API is the underlying integration point.
